Why Intelligence Without Connection to Jesus Christ Leaves You Wandering in the Dark

We can be really bright, smart, articulate, and everything else, but we're nothing apart from the vine.

Intelligence doesn't prevent deception. Education doesn't guarantee discernment. You can be the smartest person in the room and still trust the wrong people, believe the wrong narratives, walk confidently into traps you never saw coming.

My intelligence protects me from being fooled.

Your intelligence is exactly what the enemy uses to convince you that you don't need God's discernment.

One of the biggest things I had to ask God to forgive me for was just not knowing. Not seeing. Not discerning. Jesus Christ is the vine. Without Him, everything you build eventually withers. With Him, even your mistakes become compost for growth.

What are you trusting your intelligence to navigate that requires His discernment instead?
